We are ready to produce any kind of pallet collars according to client’s needs.
Pallet collars:
• 1200x1000mm, 1200x800mm, 600x800mm or other non-standard measurements specified by a buyer;
• one or two board collars;
• first or second quality grade;
• planed pine wood, 20x200mm or 17x200mm;
• dried, heat-treated, marked with IPPC, humidity 14%;
• 2,00mm, 1,50mm or 1,25mm, four or six hinges;
• holes for handling, logo prints.

Our production capacity is 70.000 tons per year and one of our product is Premium quality DINplus EN plus A1 grade, certified product.
Product: Premium Pellets in 15 kg bags or BIG-Bags, 6mm, 100% pure conifer (60% pine + 40% spruce), no additives
Moisture: ≈ 7%
Calorific value: ≥ 18 MJ/kg ≥ 5 kW/kg
Ash content: ≈ 0,5%
Mechanical durability: 97,5%
Packaging: 65 or 70 bags on Industrial pallets 950 x 1115, with plastic cap and wrapped in plastic. Or 1000kg. BIG-Bags
Quality: According to EN plus A1 standard
